Any onward gift to a verified Ribbita-controlled wallet is Micky’s decision. It isn’t automatic, and no agreement has been made.
The token has not launched. No funds have been routed. The plan is zero dev holdings at launch; the final contract and fee settings will be published here.
UsePaid’s payout pause was checked on 28 September 2026. Launch availability and payout eligibility must be confirmed before proceeding. $TIBBIR remains a separate token on Base. No onward transfer or endorsement has been agreed.

Our launch plan: no reserved dev tokens and no initial dev buy. The onchain record will be published here after launch.
The receipt will cover disclosed wallets at that moment. It cannot rule out undisclosed wallets or prove future balances. Creator fees are separate from token holdings.
